When it comes to bringing excitement to training, Derrick Wilson is the first name that comes to mind. After moving to Hendersonville in 2005, he took a job as manager at Anytime Fitness on Indian lake where his interest in training began. After a few years of managing, he got certified in adult and youth speed training. He also took assistant coaching position as well as head baseball coach at Drakes Creek where he has ben involved with many kids and adults in this community. He has an unbelievable passion for helping others succeed and bringing that fire and fun to fitness that makes it so much fun. He is currently a trainer at Wholesale Fit located in the back of Wholesale Inc. where he trains and sell cars. He has just accepted the role of training at Cross Hit where he plans to make a big impact at the fastest growing athletic program around.
JAmes sTARTED FOR 3 YeaRS AT LYNN UNIVERSITY IN SOUTH FLORIDA. he SIGNED A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACT AFTER his JUNIOR SEASON WITH the ANAHEIM ANGELS. he PLAYED 2 YEARS IN the ANGELS ORGANIZATION and SERVED AS A SCOUT FOR the ANGELS. he has COACHED AT THE COLLEGE AND HIGH SCHOOL LEVELS and has BEEN TEACHING BASEBALL FOR 15 YRS.

He is a former Independent Professional Player for the Worcester Tornadoes in 2008 and the Alexandria Aces in 2009. He attended Trevecca Nazarene University from 2006-2008 and Lynn University from 2004-2006 2008. His achievments include: National Gold Glove Candidate 2008, Region XI Gold Glove Award 2008, Trans South Conference Gold Glove Award 2008, Trans South All Conference 2008, Trans South Conference Batting Title 2008, Trans South Conference Champion 2008, Trans South Conference Champion 2007 and Trans South All Academic Team 2007.
chris was Drafted by the New York Yankees out of Sinclair CC. he Played for the Yankees, Pirates, Braves, Tigers and Brewers. he Was an all-American in college and was selected to the AA all star team with the Pirates. he Made his major league debut with the Tigers in 2003. chris was named Top 5 in rookie appearances 2003, Pitcher of the month in 2005 with the Tigers and 2006 American League champions with the Tigers. he has Two AAA championships with the Toledo mud hens(tigers) and Two years independent league with the Newark Bears and the Long Island Ducks.
